ICT-Usage in enterprises 2023

This publication presents the results of the survey on the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in enterprises 2023. Enterprises with ten or more employees in selected industries were surveyed in the form of a sample survey using a uniform Europe-wide question program, standardized definitions and a uniform methodology.
Various aspects of internet usage as well as key figures about e-commerce sales – both via websites, apps or online marketplaces or via EDI-based systems – are surveyed annually. In addition, there will also be results in 2023 on the use of cloud services, artificial intelligence and data analytics. For the first time, all results are also presented at the federal state level.
