National Accounts, Main results 1995-2022

This publication presents the revised Austrian National Accounts results for the years 1995 to 2022. The data depicts how gross domestic product is generated and used, and how the incomes generated in the production process are distributed. In addition, detailed methodological explanation and data on non-financial sector accounts are provided.
The estimates were compiled according to the standardised European System of Integrated Economic Accounts (ESA 2010). They fulfill the obligation to provide results for the National Accounts within the European Union according to harmonised concepts and methods, an obligation incumbent on all member states under the provisions of the relevant EU regulation.
All times series are shown in euros exclusively. An introduction to the basic concepts of the National Accounts is provided in order to facilitate ease of use.
